The Community Hub is our dedicated space to bring together interpreters and organizations to learn from each other.

The Community Hub will be designed to be a comprehensive resource for language professionals and the organizations that rely on them. To create this space, we have partnered with Bench Innovation, using AI to build a searchable database and a chatbot for frequently asked questions. The platform is being implemented in phases to ensure it meets your needs.
Interpreter Roster: Find qualified language professionals who have completed training and whose qualifications have been verified. This is a consent-based listing to help connect interpreters with qualified jobs.
Resource Library: Access a searchable repository of valuable documents, training materials, and guides to support your work.
The Language Access Forum: Engage in ongoing discussions with peers and mentors, and share resources with the community.
Live Events: Join us for live meetups, both online and in person, to facilitate community learning and engagement. Events like our "Lunch & Learn" and "Interpreter & Social Services Mixer" will be planned and hosted by our Community Engagement Committee.
